The module is built natively on Tally Prime. You must have Tally Prime installed and active to load the module. We also highly recommend taking a complete backup of your accounting data before installing or upgrading the module to ensure 100% safety.

• Charges Template: Set up a template and apply standard charges to all members.
• Charges Template & Member Charges: Apply a standard template but add/modify specific charges for individual members.

Late payments are handled with robust rules including:

• Due Date Method: Computes interest from billing date once due date passes. Supports custom grace periods, interest-on-interest, tax inclusion, and exclusions for particular charges/supplementary bills.
• Closing Balance Method: Calculates interest dynamically based on the net outstanding closing balance of the member.
• Penalties: Apply flat penalties based on the count of unpaid bills or as a percentage of the overdue amount.

Yes! The TallyDwell Resident Web App allows residents and members to securely log in via any web browser on their computer or smartphone. They can instantly view their real-time ledger statement, track outstanding maintenance bills, download receipts, and pay their society dues online safely.

The society module is natively integrated with our central CRM portal. This integration allows society administrators to oversee billing, tracking, and support ticketing from one central CRM dashboard.
