End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Suman Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install, execute, and access the TallyDwell Background Agent, Web Portal, and We-Society Mobile Application solely for housing society administration and resident interactions during the active subscription period.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, database structures, graphics, user interface layouts, and proprietary synchronization algorithms, is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and international copyright treaties. Title and ownership of all intellectual property remain exclusively with Suman Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from any software binary or API endpoint.
• Sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the software to unauthorized third parties or non-subscribed societies.
• Bypass security controls, token verifications, or authentication mechanisms.

4. Termination & Remedies

Failure to comply with any term of this Agreement shall result in immediate revocation of the license. The Company reserves the right to seek civil and criminal remedies under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Indian Copyright Act, 1957 for willful infringement or unauthorized distribution.
