1. Electronic Fulfillment Mode

TallyDwell and We-Society software products are 100% digital SaaS solutions. No physical media, discs, printed manuals, or hardware items are shipped. Access credentials, download links, and activation keys are delivered electronically.

2. Delivery Timelines & SLA Commencement

Commencement of SLA: Delivery timelines ("24 Business Hours") commence strictly upon successful bank payment confirmation and receipt of completed society onboarding details (society name, wing/unit structure, contact administrator details).

• Society Web Portal Credentials: Dispatched to the registered secretary/treasurer email within 24 business hours.
• Tally Desktop Sync Agent: Executable setup download link and activation keys delivered via email within 24 business hours.
• We-Society Mobile App Access: Resident app access activates immediately upon administrator onboarding and unit mapping.

3. Service Remedies for SLA Delays

If digital credential delivery or onboarding setup exceeds 24 business hours due to technical delays attributable solely to the Company:

• A dedicated Senior Onboarding Specialist will be assigned to complete manual remote setup within 4 business hours.
• If onboarding cannot be fulfilled within 3 business days, the society is entitled to a 100% full refund under our Refund Policy.
